All data is stored in Google Cloud Platform in the United States (us-east4).
Who can access my deal data?
Only authorised members of your organisation. We enforce role-based access controls, and log sign-ins, data access and administrative actions.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Can I connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, through our official connectors. You choose the workspace and permissions, the app never sees your password, anything that reaches another person waits for your approval on Agentric, and you can see what each app did and disconnect it from Connected agents in your account.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, authentication controls, logging, and monitoring.
