Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Agentric collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, platform, startup and investor workspaces, AI-assisted services, and Chrome extension.
1. Who We Are
Agentric provides software for startups and investors, including fundraising, investor pipeline, due diligence, memo generation, pitch hosting, sourcing, and application auto-fill workflows. In this policy, Agentric, we, us, and our refer to the operator of the Agentric services available at agentric.co.uk and related product surfaces.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Agentric website, dashboard applications, APIs, communications, and the Agentric Chrome extension, including beta versions. It does not apply to third-party websites, investor application portals, payment processors, identity providers, or other services that have their own privacy policies.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of Agentric, and information processed to deliver specific product features.
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, role, company affiliation, and account security settings.
- Workspace and company data: startup profiles, investor profiles, pitch decks, fundraising information, pipeline records, diligence notes, memos, files, generated content, answer banks, and other information entered into Agentric.
- Billing information: subscription status, plan, seat entitlement, invoices, and payment metadata. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Agentric.
- Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and administrative correspondence.
- Usage and device information: log data, IP address, browser type, device information, session events, security events, cookie preferences, and diagnostic data.
- Chrome extension data: Agentric account status, local authentication/session state, locally cached startup profile data, answer-bank data used for auto-fill, form labels, placeholders, field types, and surrounding field context from pages you choose to scan, plus edits or custom answers you choose to save.
4. Chrome Extension and Auto Apply
The Agentric Chrome extension is designed to help startup users review and fill investor application forms using data already stored in their Agentric workspace. It works only after you sign in with an eligible Agentric startup account.
- The extension scans a form page only when you click Scan this page and grant site access if Chrome asks.
- The extension sends form labels, placeholders, field types, and nearby field context to Agentric so we can match the form to your startup profile and answer bank.
- The extension may cache profile and answer data locally in your browser so the review and fill workflow is faster. You can clear this by signing out, removing the extension, or clearing browser extension storage.
- The extension does not submit applications for you, does not monitor every page you visit, does not sell extension data, and does not use extension data for advertising.
- Access to meaningful extension functionality requires an active Agentric seat. If your seat is removed or inactive, profile sync, scan, match, and fill workflows are designed to stop working.
5. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Agentric services.
- Authenticate users, manage workspaces, and enforce subscription access.
- Generate, match, summarize, analyze, and organize content requested by users, including AI-assisted workflows.
- Process billing, administer subscriptions, and prevent misuse or fraud.
- Provide customer support and respond to user requests.
- Send service, security, product, and administrative communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
6. AI and Service Providers
Agentric uses trusted cloud, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, database, storage, and AI service providers to operate the product. These providers process information on our behalf to provide the services you request, secure the platform, and support business operations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Chrome extension data for advertising. We use data collected by the extension only to provide and improve the user-facing Auto Apply feature, protect the service, comply with law, and support disclosed operational needs.
7. How We Share Information
- Within your workspace: information may be visible to users, admins, and team members who have access to the same Agentric workspace.
- With service providers: vendors may process data for hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, analytics, email, logging, support, and security.
- At your direction: we may share information when you publish a pitch, send an update, invite a team member, or otherwise choose to make information available.
- For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, operate security features, measure service performance, and improve the product. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Agentric, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Workspace data is generally retained while the account or workspace remains active, unless deleted by an authorized user or subject to a valid deletion request. Backup and security logs may persist for a limited period before deletion.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, authentication controls, logging, and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong passwords, enable available account protections, and keep browser extensions up to date.
11. International Processing
Agentric and its service providers may process information in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Workspace admins may be responsible for handling certain requests involving organization-controlled data. To make a privacy request, contact us at tirion@agentric.co.uk.
13. Children
Agentric is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
